Service Dept. review: I have a 2020 Gladiator, purchased new from Mathews. Tried to start it a couple days ago - dead! Jumped it, it started, I let it run for several minutes, shut it off, tried to start it again - dead! I called Mathews service department, told them what was going on, he said "it's the battery". He could have taken advantage of my ... uh hem, lets call it lack of automotive knowledge, scheduled me for service, charged me a lot! He didn't, and for that I am very appreciative! I do have enough knowledge to remove the battery, and reinstall a new one, which I did and viola'! problem solved! Thanks for not taking advantage of me! This is why I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Mathews!
